We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Auckland Urban: usually overnight delivery on weekdays.
  • North Island (Urban): typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • South Island (Urban): typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Rural Delivery (Nationwide): please allow an additional 1–2 working days.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays (e.g., weather events).

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been packed and assigned a tracking number, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
