Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days once payment is received and order confirmed. You’ll receive tracking details automatically once your parcel has been picked up — please check your junk folder if you don’t see it.

Delivery Timeframe

Typical delivery time is 1–4 working days for small parcels to non-rural addresses. Allow an extra 1–3 days for rural or island deliveries, and longer for bulky or dangerous goods.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed automatically once the parcel is picked up. Please note that updates may take a few hours to appear in the courier’s system.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your postcode and shipping type (urban/rural) are correct at checkout. Incorrect details may cause delays, extra charges, or cancellation.

Carriers We Use

We work with NZ Post, NZ Couriers, Post Haste, and Daily Freight, using economy services for most products. If you prefer a specific courier or urgent service, contact us before checkout.

Bulky Items (Oversized or Overweight Products)

Freight for bulky items—which include oversized or overweight products such as bumpers, roof tents, or fender flares—is calculated based on both weight and cubic volume. For more details, see “Bulky Items Freight” below.

If your order requires additional freight, our team will contact you before dispatch for confirmation.

Free Shipping

General Conditions

Products eligible for free shipping are clearly marked on their product pages. Free shipping applies to urban addresses only, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier for free-shipping orders. If an item with free shipping is returned under our Change-of-Mind policy, the refund will exclude the original freight cost.

Retail orders over $1000 qualify for free shipping with the code FREECOU at checkout. This offer is subject to change without notice and may vary depending on product size and delivery zone.

Bulky Items Freight

Bulky Freight Definition

Bulky items are products that exceed standard courier limits — typically over 25 kg in weight or 0.124 m³ in volume. These products are clearly labelled as bulky items on their respective product pages.

Freight We Use

We use Daily Freight to carry our bulky orders.

Standard Freight

Freight for bulky or heavy products (such as bumpers, roof tents, or fender flares) is calculated based on both weight and cubic volume. If your order requires additional freight, our team will contact you before dispatch for confirmation.

Free Shipping to Urban Address

Some bulky items qualify for free shipping to urban addresses. Rural or island addresses may incur additional freight charges.

Refunds for returned bulky items will exclude the initial delivery cost.

Free Shipping to Depot

Certain bulky products are eligible for free delivery to a Daily Freight depot only. You’ll receive an email when your parcel arrives — please collect it within 2 working days to avoid storage fees. You can find a list of depots here.

Direct delivery to your address can be arranged at the standard freight rate. Refunds for returned bulky items will exclude the initial delivery cost.

Delivery Issues & Shipping Zone

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there’s no progress after several days, contact us — we’ll follow up with the courier directly. Claims for lost or missing parcels must be lodged within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damage on Arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of both the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility with the carrier.

Shipping Zone

We mainly ship to New Zealand addresses. Shipping to Australia can be arranged upon request — a custom freight quote will be provided before order confirmation.

At this stage, we do not offer delivery to other international destinations.
