Change of Mind Return
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Faulty parts under normal use and service
- Major failures as defined under the CGA
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation
- Accidental or environmental damage (e.g. water, corrosion, UV, or impact)
- Modifications or use outside the product’s intended purpose
- Products sold as clearance, seconds, or “as-is” unless otherwise stated

Email our support team at kiwioffroad@hotmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. - Assessment:
We’ll review your claim and may request the item to be returned for inspection or testing. - Outcome:
If the claim is approved, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the product in line with the CGA and manufacturer terms.
If the item is found not to be faulty, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
For valid warranty claims, we’ll cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
If the item is found to be ineligible for warranty coverage, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund or charged separately.
Warranty claim processing usually takes 5–10 business days after we receive the product, depending on inspection requirements and supplier response.
Return Process & Refund
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged securely and use a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. Processing times may be longer during peak sale periods.
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
If your item was shipped under a Free Shipping promotion, the actual freight cost may be deducted from your refund.
If you’ve ordered the wrong product by mistake, you can still exchange it under our Change of Mind Return Policy. Simply return the incorrect item for a refund (item cost only) and then repurchase the correct product you need. This process ensures stock availability and quicker turnaround for you.
